The first-in-class pan-RAS inhibitor daraxonrasib shrank tumors in more than 30% of patients with previously treated RAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. The findings build on results that recently earned approval for the drug against pancreatic cancer and support an ongoing phase III trial in lung cancer.
