Role of TRP channels in lymphatic function.

Xinyu Cao, Yen-Lin Chen

原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
Accumulating evidence establishes intracellular Ca2+ signaling as a central regulator of lymphatic endothelial function, with transient receptor potential (TRP) channels emerging as key molecular regulators that may translate mechanical, chemical, and inflammatory cues into lymphatic vascular responses. TRP channel-mediated signaling influences multiple aspects of lymphatic biology, including vessel development, endothelial barrier regulation, contractility, and lymph transport. Dysregulation of these pathways contributes to lymphatic dysfunction in inflammatory, metabolic, and cardiovascular diseases. A deeper mechanistic understanding of TRP channel signaling in the lymphatic vasculature may reveal novel therapeutic targets for lymphatic disorders and related pathologies. This review summarizes current evidence on the roles of TRP channels in the lymphatic vascular system.
