Explainable Biological Age from Automated Chest Radiography–based Organ Quantifications: qCXR-bioage

Chest radiograph–derived biologic age, estimated through automated organ quantification, outperformed chronological age in predicting mortality among Korean adults undergoing regular health evaluations, with accelerated aging associated with multiple mortality types.
