This paper systematically summarizes the classification, grading and fire-resistant mechanism of fire-resistant glass in Chinese buildings, along with their respective advantages and disadvantages. It focuses on outlining the research progress of monolithic and composite fire-resistant glasses, aiming to provide valuable references for deepening the industry’s understanding, expanding their engineering application scenarios and advancing subsequent related research.
