Congenital lymphangioma circumscriptum of the abdominal wall presenting in adulthood.

Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a rare lymphatic malformation that most commonly involves the head and neck region. We report a woman in her early 20s presenting with congenital clusters of vesicular lesions confined to the anterior abdominal wall. Complete excision of the affected skin and subcutaneous tissue was performed, with no recurrence and a satisfactory cosmetic outcome at the 6-month follow-up.
