Breast reconstruction and symmetry restoration using a TDAP flap in a male patient following breast cancer treatment.

Male breast cancer is rare and often overlooked in reconstructive planning. This case presents a male patient seeking post-mastectomy breast reconstruction for symmetry restoration. A thoracodorsal artery perforator (TDAP) flap was used, offering volume restoration while preserving muscle function. Postoperative outcomes were favourable with improved chest symmetry and patient satisfaction. This case highlights the importance of considering reconstruction in male breast cancer patients and supports the TDAP flap as a viable low-morbidity option.
