ABSTRACT The complete genome sequence of Kluyveromyces marxianus strain MCHA was obtained using Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing technologies. The genome comprises nine scaffolds, corresponding to the eight nuclear chromosomes and the mitochondrial genome.
