Francisella tularensis, a virulent bioterrorism threat, subverts host immune responses within macrophages, its primary replication niche. To elucidate the temporal dynamics of the host response, we announce comprehensive time-course RNA-seq data sets capturing the global transcriptional profile of murine RAW 264.7 macrophages across early and late stages of F. tularensis infection.
