Clinicopathological Challenge: Giant Cellulitis-Like Sweet Syndrome With Retiform Petechiae and Vasculitis-Like Histopathological Features.

We report a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia who developed giant cellulitis-like Sweet syndrome with concurrent retiform petechiae and vasculitis-like histopathological changes. This case highlights a potential diagnostic pitfall whereby Sweet syndrome may clinically and histologically mimic cutaneous vasculitis.
