From Transition to Transformation: Using Service Learning to Empower Nurse Residents.

This quality improvement project engaged nurse residents in promoting well-being and health strategies for high school students in the community. Using service-learning principles, an organization implemented a "Pop-Up" event, with up to 99% of student participants (1,167) reporting the experience as beneficial.
