Andy Gump deformity: a rare benign jaw tumor sequela.

INTRODUCTION AND IMPORTANCE: Andy Gump deformity, rarely associated with benign jaw tumors, is characterized by an almost absent lower lip and chin. It is mainly linked to malignant jaw tumors or trauma. CASE PRESENTATION: In this case report, we present a 24-year-old female presenting with an Andy Gump deformity as a sequelae from a benign jaw tumor. CLINICAL DISCUSSION: The association of a late clinical presentation and an aggressive benign jaw tumor led to the benign jaw tumor sequela. CONCLUSION: Early diagnosis of benign jaw tumors will lead to early and better management, and hence, fewer sequelae, especially in resource-limited settings.
