Among underserved people with HIV with a median of one year of long-acting cabotegravir-rilpivirine use, including those starting with viremia due to adherence challenges, we found higher satisfaction and lower treatment burden compared to daily oral ART, although nearly half preferred another dosing modality and/or a longer dosing interval.
