In a retrospective Nigerian cohort of 33 982 people with HIV-1 initiating or switching to tenofovir, lamivudine, and dolutegravir, virological suppression reached 80%-82% among participants with available viral load data and 63%-65% by intention-to-treat analysis. Suppression was higher among switchers, while age and gender predicted suppression.
