Results suggest a moderate effectiveness of reimmunization with a second nirsevimab dose against hospitalization for respiratory syncytial virus infection during the second season in high-risk children, although the estimated effectiveness was highly uncertain (42%; 95% confidence interval: -25% to 73%).
