Localized bullous pemphigoid arising within sites of radiation in the context of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy

There is minimal literature on the development of localized bullous pemphigoid exclusively in previously irradiated skin. We report two patients with bullous pemphigoid strikingly localized to areas of previous radiation therapy that occurred in the setting of concomitant immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
