This study examined a model for nurturing entrepreneurial skills within higher education at the University of Jordan. The study focused on entrepreneurship education dimensions includes: educational content, teaching methods, and educational learning environment. Using a descriptive-analytical study design, supplemented with a quantitative survey, data were collected using a convenience sample method from 384 students enrolled in an entrepreneurship and innovation course in the academic year 2023/2024. Multiple regression analysis was utilized to better understand the impact of the various dimensions on nurturing entrepreneurial skills. The study determined that the entrepreneurship education program does foster entrepreneurial competencies among students. The data demonstrated that the educational content was the most important factor, as it provided the relevant knowledge and practical skills needed to execute entrepreneurial ideas. Teaching methods also had positive effects on entrepreneurial competencies and employed active learning forms to enhance cooperative interaction with fellow students. The learning environment, characterized by positive motivational dimensions and resources, provides the creative socialization needed to foster new ideas. The findings affirm the value of correcting a proper balance between applying quality content, delivering engaging pedagogy, and utilizing a conducive environment to maximize key learning outcomes from entrepreneurship educational practice.
