One new neolignan fisoxetalignan A (1), connecting through C-3/C-8' and featuring with a rare C-7'-O - C-9' linked oxetane, and one known analogue (2), were isolated from Fissistigma oblongum. The structure of 1 was elucidated through comprehensive spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS, and NMR), and its absolute configuration was determined via DP4+ NMR analysis combined with ECD calculations. Compound 1 inhibited nitric oxide (NO) production (IC50 = 12.71 ± 1.12 μM), and suppressed the inflammatory mediators iNOS, COX-2, IL-6, and IL-1β in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.
