With increasing global attention to sustainable development, this study examines design touchpoints in green community services through the lens of community commons. A novel conceptual framework for the design touchpoint mechanism of service design is proposed. It begins with a system architecture that underpins green community service design touchpoints. Service design touchpoints are classified into public and individual types, and their respective and relational characteristics are analyzed to guide optimization strategies. A four-dimensional design mechanism translates the relational characteristics into actionable design strategies, illustrated through the EcoSyn Tower (public touchpoints) and resident user terminals (individual touchpoints). Case studies and empirical research validate the approach. This study contributes to service design theory and offers practical guidance for enhancing the sustainability of green communities.
