Part 1 of this article on critical health education (CHE) for weight inclusivity discussed the need for CHE, potential challenges to implementation, and possible solutions health educators could adopt to navigate those challenges. The purpose of this second article is to present examples of practical classroom activities that health educators can use to integrate CHE into their classrooms. To prepare to implement CHE, health educators are encouraged to engage in a proactive and continuous learning process to develop cultural competence and humility. Practical resources are proposed to facilitate CHE for weight inclusivity and sample activities are offered to support educators when implementing the three-phase scaffolded approach to CHE. Pedological resources that incorporate various digital platforms are included. This article demonstrates how classroom activities can be aligned with the revised 2024 SHAPE America National Health Education Standards to increase institutional support and buy-in. The suggested activities can empower students to examine, evaluate, and respond to societal messages about health, weight, and their bodies and better equip them to make decisions that support their personal and collective health.
