原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
Herein, fusogenic liposomes carrying membrane-anchored thiol and TEMP buffering modules were designed to regulate cancer-cell activity via electrochemical modulation of membrane-surface redox states. Oxidative potentials promote cell-surface thiol oxidation, whereas TEMP attenuates sulfhydryl oxidation and limits reactive-species-induced damage, providing a platform for tuning oxidative flux at engineered cell interfaces.
