The existing expressway power supply systems do not take into account the effect of road travel distance on power supply zoning. Addressing this problem, a disaster damage prevention strategy considering power grid-road network coupling characteristics is proposed. First, based on five types of indicators including the load of the power supply system zones, the power supply structure, the power supply status of important equipment, and the distance from the main network, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted to quantify the levels of the power supply zones, and recovery priorities are established according to these levels. Secondly, a spatiotemporal scheduling model is established for the mobile energy storage system, combining the travel paths of energy storage devices with the timeliness of charging and discharging, to achieve the dynamic optimization of electricity allocation. Then, a zoning model is established for collaborative support optimization that considers the balance of supply and demand, voltage constraints, and network topology, ensuring that power support between zones of different levels is efficient and orderly. Finally, the simulation verification of an improved 55-node system in west China shows that this strategy can effectively shorten the dispatch time between power supply system zones, enhance the load recovery capability of the power supply system under sandstorm disasters, and improve the safety and reliability of the power supply system.
