In the industrial production and transportation of aluminum, adhesion between liquid aluminum and container walls can reduce material utilization efficiency and compromise equipment stability. This study employs vibrational excitation to investigate the dynamic response of a liquid aluminum/graphene interface and proposes a near-resonance-induced desorption strategy to mitigate interfacial adhesion. When the excitation frequency approaches the substrate's natural frequency, the interface exhibits a pronounced dynamic response, enhancing the liquid-solid separation tendency. This effect is reflected in phenomena such as an increased separation distance between liquid aluminum and the substrate, reduced contact area, and increased contact angle. Furthermore, excitation amplitude and substrate temperature modulate the magnitude of this effect. These findings reveal a near-resonance-induced desorption mechanism at the atomic scale and provide a feasible strategy for reducing liquid aluminum-solid adhesion through controlled vibrational excitation.
