To address the issues of poor interfacial stability, limited functionality, and low wearing comfort in flexible electronic skins, a breathable piezoelectric sensing film with dual pressure-temperature sensing capability was developed through electrospinning, interfacial modification, and magnetron sputtering. Polydopamine (PDA) was used to strengthen the interfacial bonding between inorganic piezoelectric particles and the polymer matrix, thereby improving the cyclic stability and signal reliability of the device. A continuous Ag conductive network was constructed to serve as both the piezoelectric signal collection electrode and the temperature-sensing unit. The resulting electronic skin maintained stable electrical output after 1000 loading cycles and exhibited an inhibition zone of approximately 3 mm against Escherichia coli. In addition, it could accurately monitor joint motions and gait signals and simultaneously detect pressure and temperature changes. This work provides a strategy for developing multifunctional, breathable, and comfortable wearable electronic skins for health monitoring applications.
