A digital workflow using a digital library for multiunit abutments was used to generate the prosthetic interface, allowing the prosthesis to be directly connected to multiunit abutments. This technique was applied to manage a clinical complication involving the fracture of a previously fabricated prosthesis in a patient undergoing complete arch rehabilitation. The interim prosthesis directly connected to multiunit abutments was additively manufactured and delivered with appropriate fit, esthetics, and occlusion during the healing phase.
