Applications in engineering have made extensive use of aluminum 7075 alloys and the metal matrix composites they produce. Under the present circumstances nano-micro ZrO 2 fiber reinforced aluminum metal matrix composites, i.e. eventually, ceramic particle reinforced aluminum metal matrix composites may be replaced by nano-micro ZrO 2 . In order to improve microstructural qualities and mechanical strength, the right weight percentage of nano-micro ZrO 2 is added as reinforcement when creating metal matrix composites using the stir casting technique. Through microstructural analysis using optical and scanning electron microscopy, we saw where the Nano(N) and Micro(M) ZrO 2 were and how they interacted with the scaffold. Due to the inclusion of reinforcement made of ZrO 2 , intermetallic connections between aluminum and ZrO 2 are revealed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The research results show that adding 5% M- ZrO 2 steel whiskers to the composites improves their properties, including their hardness and tensile strength. The mechanical properties are better understood as a result of this study, since the aluminum 7075 alloy has almost three times the tensile strength of the 5% M-ZrO 2 . These results highlight how material performance can be improved for a wide range of engineering uses.
