Enzyme-linked chaperone assay: a novel bacterial detection method for viability discrimination.

Rachel Herschlag, Carolee T Bull

原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
This study introduces enzyme-linked chaperone assay (ELCA), a novel antibody-free biosensor targeting Pseudomonas syringae effector-chaperone interactions for diagnostic purposes. Validated via a linear mixed effects model across three independent experiments, ELCA achieved a 102 CFU/mL limit of detection, successfully discriminating live target cells from dead populations and non-target strains.
