The rapid expansion of bibliometric tools and methods has increased analytical opportunities but also generated fragmented, non-standardized workflows that undermine transparency and replicability. Our paper presents Biblioshiny, the graphical interface of the Bibliometrix R package, and its integrated SAAS (Search-Appraisal-Analysis-Synthesis) workflow for transparent and reproducible science mapping. The workflow unifies all stages of bibliometric research within a single, parameter-documented environment. To demonstrate its functionality, we apply it to the replication of Najmaei and Sadeghinejad’s (2023) study on Green and Sustainable Business Models . In the replication, automated reference matching identified 9748 variants (24.4% of total references). Our logistic growth updated forecast of field maturity, shifting the projected inflection point to 2027. Additionally, the co-word analysis identified consolidated thematic clusters as well as emerging research topics within the field. Overall, the paper presents Biblioshiny and the SAAS workflow as an open, scalable, and auditable solution for bibliometric research, promoting cumulative validation, cross-study comparability, and wider accessibility for researchers, evaluators, and policy analysts.
