A Case of Nivolumab-Induced Bullous Pemphigoid-Successfully Treated with Rituximab.

Drug-associated bullous pemphigoid (DABP) refers to cases of bullous pemphigoid caused by exposure to various drugs. We present a case of nivolumab (a programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor) induced bullous pemphigoid in a patient treated for classic Hodgkin's lymphoma, presenting four months after cessation of therapy. The patient demonstrated minimal clinical response to steroids and methotrexate. Following initiation of rituximab, the patient experienced rapid improvement of the rash with no further disease progression.
