Seipin-defined ER sites undergo distinct enrichment of factors for the biogenesis of sterol ester rich lipid droplets

Collectively, we propose a model in which SE-rich LDs originate from the Sei1-complex, at which distinct classes of factors and/or lipids get recruited.
