Fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC) has transformed conventional concretes through the improvement of mechanical characteristics, durability, and crack resistance. This study paper thoroughly analyzes various elements of Fiber Reinforced Composites (FRC), including fiber types, production methods, mechanical upgrades, durability improvements, extensive applications, problems, and creative solutions. The performance of FRC is greatly impacted by the choice of fibers, since steel, glass, synthetic, and natural fibers each have distinct advantages. Production procedures such as mixing, precast, and spraying technologies are essential for maintaining material consistency and structural strength. Fibers improve flexural strength, toughness, and impact resistance, as evidenced by experimental data and case studies. FRC provides enhanced fracture resistance, durability, sustainability, and environmental impact, reducing permeability and strengthening resilience to environmental conditions. It has a wide range of uses, including infrastructure projects, precast components, industrial flooring, and maintenance works. Despite significant advantages, obstacles, including fiber distribution, compatibility issues, and pricing, remain, which are being tackled through creative solutions. The changing field of FRC research is expected to bring up new trends, directions, and uses, reinforcing its importance as a crucial material in contemporary construction and infrastructure advancement.
