Leadless pacemaker systems represent an emerging alternative to conventional transvenous systems, offering a less invasive approach for patients requiring pacing.1-3 More recently, single-chamber leadless atrial pacing has expanded options for selected patients with sinus node dysfunction and preserved atrioventricular (AV) conduction.4,5 Current implantation techniques typically target the posterolateral base of the right atrial appendage (RAA) and adjacent arcuate ridge, where tissue characteristics and catheter orientation usually allow stable fixation and acceptable electrical performance.
