This work focused on investigating the chemical constituents of the plant Artemisia porrecta Krasch. ex Poljakov, resulting in the isolation and characterization of twenty-one monoterpenes. Eight previously undescribed compounds and one new natural product were isolated, including three pairs of enantiomers. All known compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Their structures were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, HR-ESI-MS and UV data, electronic circular dichroism, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The isolated compounds were subsequently evaluated for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities.
