The phase I KANDLELIT-001 study (NCT05067283) showed manageable safety and promising antitumor activity for the oral, next-generation, selective KRAS G12C-GDP covalent inhibitor MK-1084 given as monotherapy or as part of combination therapy in participants (pts) with KRAS G12C-mut solid tumors. We report updated data for pts with KRAS G12C-mut mNSCLC.
