Cardiac sarcomas are exceedingly rare clinical entities that can require expeditious surgical intervention for relief of symptomatic and hemodynamic sequelae and for improved oncologic outcomes. Here we present 2 cases of primary sarcoma resulting in markedly symptomatic obstruction of the left and right ventricular outflow tracts, thus highlighting the principles of surgical intervention for these rare malignant lesions.
