Revealing entrepreneurial satisfaction of women entrepreneurs towards access to finance.

This study intends to recognise and prioritise the women's entrepreneur satisfaction (WES) attributes towards access to finance by integrating the weighted average approach with the Kano technique. In the present analysis, a multi-phase approach has been employed. Firstly, the Kano method has been deployed to characterise the WES elements utilising a six-dimensional entrepreneur satisfaction scale. Subsequently, the satisfaction coefficient method was performed on Kano results to get the WES and dissatisfaction index. Finally, the weighted average method was deployed to prioritise the female entrepreneur satisfaction attributes. Outcomes exposed the importance of a non-linear connotation among entrepreneurs' access to finance attributes and WES towards financing. The outcomes exposed that must-be-based and one-dimensional entrepreneur satisfaction elements are liable for women's entrepreneur satisfaction and financial institutions must not ignore such attributes. Moreover, the consequences of the weighted average method-based prioritisation can help managers to emphasise specific entrepreneur satisfaction elements as per their priority group. The results are valuable for entrepreneur policymakers and strategists to deliver hassle-free access to finance for women entrepreneurs. The result offers a resolution for financial institutions to maintain an optimal and sustainable women's entrepreneurship financial service ecosystem. The study outcomes provide an efficient financial service to female entrepreneurs. This study firstly prioritised the WES attributes towards access to finance service using a novel Kano application.
