Role of Perfusion Index in Hyperbaric Versus Hypobaric Solution in Spinal Anesthesia

This article, a letter to the Editor, is in response to the recently published study that compared the hyperbaric versus hypobaric solution in unilateral spinal anesthesia by applying the perfusion index. A few important points on this topic are discussed here.
