That's a tricky one! We have a new website coming soon and I've really enjoyed getting stuck into the project delivering it and, oddly enough, our recent social media audit – looking at how and who we are engaging with online – has been really interesting. It's always satisfying to find out whether your assumptions about online behaviour are actually right! It was also brilliant to be at the BVA Awards in Birmingham in June and see this event come together after months of work leading up to it. Getting to meet the finalists in person and see the winners' reactions was really lovely. Yes, there was a battle with the venue's wi-fi to get the live coverage out, but that didn't stop me getting emotional a few times seeing just how much winning the awards meant to people. Definitely the variety! Every day is different and I love getting to work with so many teams across the organisation. I've learnt a lot, but there's always something new to learn and everyone at BVA is really passionate about what they do. It's really satisfying to feel that the work you're doing day-to-day counts towards something important and meaningful for members.
