原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
Organ-on-a-Chip Organ-on-a-chip (OoC) uses microfluidic technology to replicate human organ environments for modelling physiology, diseases, drug development, and personalized medicine. Recent advances in hydrogel microspheres enhance OoC, mimicking extracellular matrix properties, simulating complex microenvironments, and enabling better intercellular and inter-organ crosstalk. More in article number 2504563, Zhong Alan Li, Wei Huang, Yiting Lei, and co-workers.
