Inflammatory Sinonasal Pseudotumor With Lacrimal Involvement Mimicking Malignancy: A Case Report.

We report a unique case of a sinonasal inflammatory pseudotumour with secondary extension to the lacrimal system, requiring an adapted surgical approach to address both sites. Notably, a multi-disciplinary team approach with Oculoplastics was crucial in achieving a favorable outcome. Intraoperative frozen section analysis also played a key role in determining extent of surgery which limited patient morbidity.
