ABSTRACT A green and efficient one‐pot domino approach has been developed for the synthesis of spirooxindole derivatives under catalyst‐free conditions at room temperature in ethanol. The protocol offers several advantages, including operational simplicity, high atom economy, and good yields. The synthesized spirooxindoles were evaluated for their biological potential, revealing notable antioxidant activity for selected derivatives and promising antibacterial effects against Gram‐positive strain, Staphylococcus aureus . This sustainable synthetic route provides a convenient strategy for generating biologically active spirooxindoles with potential pharmaceutical properties.
