Intrauterine Pregnancy Combined With Ovarian Pregnancy Was Missed by Ultrasound: A Case Report.

A 32-year-old G2P0 female presented with 4+ weeks of amenorrhea and acute-onset lower abdominal pain with vaginal bleeding. Initial ultrasound confirmed a 6+ week intrauterine pregnancy. The patient underwent painless uterine curettage on the third day because the patient voluntarily chose to terminate the pregnancy. Five days postoperatively, she developed severe pain and hemorrhage. Repeat imaging revealed an 11.26 × 5.73 cm heterogeneous left ovarian mass with a gestational sac-like structure and vascular flow, along with 1500 mL of hemoperitoneum. Pathology confirmed an ovarian pregnancy. She underwent laparoscopic left ovarian lesion resection and ovarian plasty.
