The rapid expansion of wearable electronics requires sustainable, lightweight, and self‐powered sensing platforms for the continuous monitoring of human health. Herein, a bioderived triboelectric nanogenerator based on banana peels powder (BPP‐TENG) is developed and incorporated into the sole of a shoe to monitor human motion in real time. Banana peels waste, owing to its richness in cellulose‐based microstructures and porous dielectric constituents, was employed as an eco‐friendly triboelectric layer after its processing into a fine powder. The fabricated BPP‐TENG exhibited stable electrical output under repetitive mechanical excitations, delivering a high peak‐to‐peak voltage output of 410 V and the current output of 26.4 µA at the frequency of 5 Hz. The BPP‐TENG, integrated within a shoe insole configuration, was able to convert the mechanical energy of human movements to voltage which was transmitted to cloud and received remotely through an internet of things platform. Afterward, artificial neural network algorithms were employed to analyze the received data for correction prediction and classification of motion patterns with the accuracy of 97.73%. This entirely biodegradable, self‐powered, and flexible wearable system presents a scalable strategy for the integration of biowaste‐based TENG into smart footwear systems, enabling self‐powered human motion monitoring.
