Comprehensive Summary All‐carbon quaternary stereogenic center is a valuable structural motif, which is widely present in natural products and pharmaceutical candidates. Therefore, the development of straightforward and efficient methods for the synthesis of all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic center is of great significance. Herein, we report a copper‐catalyzed remote asymmetric yne‐allylic substitution to construct adjacent chiral centers bearing an all‐carbon quaternary stereocenter. The use of readily available starting materials, the mild reaction conditions, high yields, excellent enantioselectivities, and a broad substrate scope, underscore its practicality and synthetic utility of this method.
