Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) is a CD30+ T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder rarely involving mucosa, where it may mimic aggressive lymphomas. This case highlights its chronic relapsing course, diagnostic challenges with ALK-negative anaplastic T-cell lymphoma, and the importance of long-term follow-up despite a favorable prognosis.
