A 48-year-old male was initially diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) based on presenting symptoms, abdominal complications, and systemic symptoms, despite anti-TB treatment. Diagnostic laparoscopy and histopathological examination of biopsy samples confirmed peritoneal TB, leading to an adjusted anti-TB regimen and significant clinical improvement over six months.
