Carefully selected elderly patients with metastatic PSCC may obtain a durable complete response via tislelizumab chemoimmunotherapy combined with metformin and standardized MDT management, providing practical clinical reference for high-risk elderly lung cancer patients complicated with multiple comorbidities.
