Regular versus Irregular Exercise Regular exercise induces septal cholinergic-hippocampus-vagus nerve circuit aiding fear memory extinction and live protection, whereas irregular exercise lacks the benefit and may cause liver inflammation. The two flying fairies symbolize “exercise,” while the sun and moon at the center represent the “regularity”. The fairy ribbons, connecting the Ruyi (brain circuit) and gourd (liver), symbolizes regular exercise facilitating brain-liver interactions to achieve harmony and unity of mind, body, and humanity.
