原始摘要(英文原文)· Original abstract
Colorectal Cancer The cover art portrays the Chinese myth of “Yu Casting the Nine Cauldrons,” where a serpent attempts to drag away the sacred cauldron while Yu fights to protect it. This mirrors the progression of CRC: MDM2 ubiquitinates and degrades LLGL2 protein, thereby stabilizing THBS3 expression and activating the PI3K-Akt pathway to drive tumor growth. Conversely, CNOT1 binds to LLGL2 to degrade THBS3 mRNA, thus suppressing CRC development. More details can be found in the Research Article by Yuling Qiu, Haiyang Yu, and co-workers (DOI: 10.1002/advs.202501656).
