Chiral Photocatalysis This image illustrates circularly polarized light (CPL)-driven hydrogen evolution over chiral Au/graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) photocatalysts. Chiral Au nanoparticles deposited on layered g-C3N4 selectively interact with spiral CPL, enhancing light absorption and photothermal activation. The amplified chiral light–matter coupling accelerates water reduction to produce abundant H2 bubbles, demonstrating polarization-selective, efficient solar-to-hydrogen conversion.
