Recycling and Upcycling of Polyurethane Thermosets Polyurethane thermoset undergoes continuous molecular circulation, where crosslinked networks undergo selective bond cleavage, depolymerization, and structural reconstruction to generate renewed materials. By integrating mechanical and chemical recycling, upcycling, and smart network design, this work highlights emerging strategies that extend the service life of thermoset polymers and advance a more sustainable circular materials economy.
